He has been managing and selling solutions for over 18 years and has been a trusted IBM partner for over 15 years. Chris has the ability to manage the client needs and help navigate the project to a successful completion. He has partnered with IBM on multiple projects; and as of today, there has never been a failed project. His responsibility include project management, profit and loss, sales management, and business development.
Steven has a proven track record of Enterprise Content Management Architecture (Document Management, COLD, imaging, capture), project management, consulting, sales and presales by creating and identifying opportunities in a business and technical landscape. He has been responsible for designing, implementing and managing multimillion dollars worth of business annually. His responsibilities have included management of people, projects, partners, profit and loss, and technical architecture. He is an individual equally comfortable hunting / closing business, or hip deep in technical implementation, and enjoys both equally.
Glenn Wilcox has a proven track record and technical experience in business analysis, process redesign, document management, workflow solutions, systems and software engineering, and software quality assurance practices. He has over 20 years of imaging-specific experience, as a business analyst/technical implementation specialist on numerous document imaging and workflow implementations. He also has extensive experience with client/customer support, computer system integration and support, and software QA projects across several business application and engineering areas.
